Busy Caravan repairer in Landsdale looking for Full Time office admin person
We have a small team in the office so are looking for the right person to fit with us. You will need to have a mature attitude, be reliable and have a willingness to learn.
Role includes (but not limited to):
- answering and making calls
-purchasing and sales data entry into MYOB
-receiving and putting away stock deliveries
-booking customers for workshop jobs
-helping with some caravan related questions both on the phone and in person
Full training is provided but interest in caravans or mechanical (vehicle) will certainly help you in this role
Good typing skills essential (over 35wpm) , plus basic word and excel
Programs used include Myob, google calendar and trello. Experience in these programs is great but happy to teach the right person
