ADMIN ASSISTANT - RECEPTIONIST
A permanent part time position is available in our business for an administration assistant / receptionist. We understand the need for flexibility to gain the right person so we can work with you to tailor the role to suit. As we are a small business the opportunity also exists to learn and provide relief support in other roles in the office so extended hours would be available if suitable.
The applicant must be experienced, so be able to hit the ground running You will be working in a team environment, with structured task responsibilities, experience in the use of Xero accounting will be an advantage, you must with ease and accuracy perform the tasks of a office / telephone receptionist, know your way around a computer using word processing / database and email applications, and be keen to learn and develop new skills within our business in an ongoing support role.
