Our client prides themselves on inclusivity and maintains a respectful, supportive environment.Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end duties and assisting the finance team when required.If you are immediately available, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. The role:As the Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for:Accounts Payable:Account reconciliationsProcessing a high-volume of invoices and credit notesAccurate coding and data inputResolving queries via email and phoneAssisting with pay-runs Accounts Receivable:Managing and updating the accounts receivable ledgerAccount reconciliationsInvoicing customers and sending out payment reminders as neededCreating payment plansCreating, setting up and maintaining new customer accounts including conducting credit worthiness checks, setting credit limits, and pausing accounts if needed Your profile:To be successful in this role you will need a background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as a great attitude. As this is a temporary opportunity, you will need to be immediately available.
