Casa Security is a wholly WA owned company offering security alarm, CCTV and access control solutions for the residential, commercial and government sectors in Perth, with a focus toward prompt, reliable service and outstanding customer support.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As part of Casa’s Administration Team, you will support our operations in the Perth region; based at our Malaga office.

You will be friendly, reliable and competent. Working in a dynamic small-office environment, you will have the ability to be flexible, use multiple software systems, learn quickly, have a head for numbers, demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.
This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating sales invoices for all service and installation jobs, ensuring that all labour and parts are accurate
- Generating cyclical alarm monitoring invoices from preset schedules
- Maintaining all preset monitoring schedules
- Processing direct debit and credit card payments through online bank software
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met in managing customer requests via telephone and email enquiries
- 3Capability to understand and document systems, processes, and procedures
- Processing of documentation accurately and efficiently
- Working to timelines to ensure work is completed
- General administration and office support
- Other duties as requested
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in Administration (preferably with some accounts-based experience)
- A commitment to providing customer service of the highest standard
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal & written
- Multi-task and demonstrate an enthusiasm and determination to perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
- Self-motivated, team player who is reliable with a strong work ethic
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well within a team environment with the ability to work autonomously
- Maintaining a positive work ethic and maintain confidentiality
