About the role:
We are looking for a professional and highly competent Admin Manager who is excited by the opportunity to streamline and optimise our practice administration function to support our continued growth.
Our ideal candidate will have a natural ability to galvanise people and genuinely enjoy inspiring, and at times even persuading, their team to take action, even if it involves convincing them to rethink or change their ideas, plans or approach.
This is a fast-paced role, and our dream administration manager is someone who can thrive in this type of environment. Managing a team across three locations, our administration Manager Role comes with a level of complexity that isn’t suitable for someone who is easily flustered. Therefore, we seek a cool, calm, collected influence to ground the team.
Core responsibilities are varied and include:
- Day-to-day Practice Operations Management - keep day-to-day operations on track. Analyse, streamline and simplify processes.
- Project Management - ensure things happen on time and communicate the status.
- People Management – lead and inspire our small admin team to excel. Ensuring they feel supported and have everything they need to thrive.
- Metrics Management – regular reporting of key metrics to the CEO.
Candidates must have a mature, professional demeanour with an understanding of high-level customer service, project and team management and excellent problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach is imperative as this role will sometimes require you to cover reception. Attention to detail and a desire to drive growth are also a necessity.

Please note that three years of experience in a similar role is required for application. Ideally, you have experience in the health field, and knowledge of the NDIS would also be advantageous.
This role is a full-time role that will ideally commence ASAP. We provide Super, commission and a bonus along with holiday entitlements. You will also have the opportunity for structured career progression pathways and enjoy regular team events and social days, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
