Admin Officer

C.D. Dodd is the leading provider of demolition, resource recovery and scrap metal recycling services to commercial, industrial and resource customers across Western Australia.

We are seeking a self-motivated Admin Officer to join our team at our processing yard in Forrestfield, Perth. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30pm with occasional weekend work required.

Key Duties:

• Undertake day-to-day administration duties such as data entry and docket processing.
• Assist customers with their enquiries both via email and phone and ensure customers receive the highest service standard possible 
• Scanning and tagging of documents
• Admin support to other departments as required

Key Skills:

• An ability to multi task and at times work under pressure to meet customer requirements
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels- written, phone and face to face.
• Enjoy customer phone contact and building rapport
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills along with sound computer literacy
• A proven ability to work within a team environment
• Previous admin and data entry experience 
• Great can-do attitude with strong work ethic
