Universal Real Estate Vic- NORTH is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Admin/Receptionist for our real estate team. As the company's Admin/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients & customers, so you'll need to be well presented and positive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Meet and greet visitors
Collecting and distributing mail
Keeping office, reception area and meeting rooms clean & tidy
Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries and direct appropriately
Key management
Data entry to database's
Assistance with general Admin / Sales Admin
Managing rental properties as well as doing routine Inspections and looking after the maintenance
Create advertising materials and liaise with 3rd parties as requested.
What we need from you:

Ability to deal with all types of people
Problem-solving ability
Friendly and polite
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Confidence
Sound all-around computer skills including word, excel, outlook/internet & PowerPoint.
Prior reception experience is preferred but not essential.
The desire to work as part of a team and always be willing to participate.
Eagerness to learn.
High level of interpersonal and written communication skills.
Be enthusiastic, work autonomously and well under pressure.
You will be involved in a vast variety of work including but not limited to:
Ensuring exceptional presentation of the office at all times
Supporting the sales and property management teams
