About the Role
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and emails from our customers
- Greet customers face to face
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries
- Assist spare parts department
- General administrative tasks
Skills Required
- Customer facing experience
- Ability to learn how to use our operating software
- Self motivated
- Detail-oriented
- General administration skills
- Good handwriting skills - document completion
