Currie & Brown is looking for admin support for our Melbourne office. The successful candidate will provide immediate support to all teams and services in terms of office administration. The role will also support the proposals manager to draft and deliver proposals, tenders, bids and submissions and provide support to the finance team around their key deliverables.
Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and ordering supplies
- Managing the conference room
- Assisting with staff training and event bookings
- Compiling and maintaining registers around risk assessment, training, project-specific and business requirements
- Assisting with the day-to-day office needs
- Ensuring compliance with QSE and QA
- Supporting marketing to ensure high-quality bids, tenders, submissions and proposals are delivered in a timely manner
- Assisting with formatting and designing of the tender documentation
- Developing staff CVs to suit market and sector
- Managing the timeline of responses to ensure timely delivery to the client
- Assisting with the raising and issuing of invoices periodically
- Issuing statements and aged debtor review
- Assisting with the internal Currie & Brown Agresso management and accounting system
Requirements:
- Qualified to degree level, or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a range of professional people
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of InDesign, or willingness to learn how to use the programme
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong commitment to delivering a professional standard of output
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude and commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to work independently, as well as to collaborate
- Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task
- Ability to write clearly, concisely and grammatically correct
