Third Wave, a thriving Third Wave hospitality group with 3 restaurants and growing fast, is seeking a bright and organized Junior Bookkeeper / Admin Support to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Become a financial whiz: Reconcile POS payments, manage disputes and refunds, and ensure accurate stocktake.
- Master the art of data entry: Scan and enter invoices, create associations, and reconcile accounts with precision.
- Keep the cash flowing: Process payments, lodge BAS (Business Activity Statements), and handle end-of-day reconciliations.
- Never miss a beat: Charge unpaid bookings and generate reports to keep us on top of things.
- Learn digital advertising including posting and managing adds, reporting
But that's not all! You'll also be our administrative rockstar, responding to customer inquiries, following up on miscellaneous tasks, and providing top-notch admin support.
