Be Part of Our Story at Undercover Roofing & QClad
At Undercover Roofing and QClad, every task you undertake is a building block in our journey towards industry leadership.
Your Day-to-Day
From travel coordination to customer communication and registers to schedule management - you’ll have exposure to Finance, Ops, Project Management and Estimating.
A snippet of what a week could look like:
- Financial Administration: Matching purchase orders to invoices, entering accounts payable, and preparing documentation for review and processing. Following up on transactions made on the team's credit cards, ensuring all expenses are properly documented. Experience with Xero is favourable; it's not necessary.
- Training and Certification Management: Updating and maintaining registers of employee certifications, organising training bookings, and ensuring communication with team members regarding their qualifications and bookings.
- Customer Liaison: Communicating directly with homeowners to schedule or re-schedule site visits, coordinating these appointments with our on-site team to ensure they're updated with the latest details.
- Travel Coordination: Help make travel arrangements for team members, focusing on adherence to site requirements and cost-effectiveness.
- Directors' Support: Assisting two hands-on directors with ad-hoc tasks; with the rollout of custom software for the two companies, data collation and entry are big-ticket items on their current agenda.
