THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $63,546 - $68,996 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (depending on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Part time, hours negotiable.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.

The Office of Industry Engagement is seeking a diligent Administration Support Officer who is able to problem solve and think quickly on their feet to support the Project Officer’s and the Curriculum Maintenance Manager in their daily operations.
Some of the responsibilities consist of but are not limited to, assisting staff in developing and maintaining necessary documentation on all project and core service deliverables, proofreading documents, formatting government templates to be used for projects and documentation purposes, schedule and coordinate meetings between Holmesglen staff and external stakeholders, and being the first point of contact and answering general queries via phone or email while keeping privacy and confidentiality at the forefront.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional, timely customer service to internal and external clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written communication skills and ability to proofread.
- Sound knowledge and experience using a variety of software applications, including but not limited to MS Office products.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of the Vocational Education and Training(VET) sectors highly advantages.
- Relevant administrative qualificationwith relevant work experience within the VET sector is highly desirable.
