Sneddon & Kingston Plastics, industry professionals in plastic injection moulding, requires an experienced full-time Administration Support Assistant based in Preston, VIC.
The primary functions of this role are to support the production planning process, new product introduction process and any other administration and general receptionist duties. You will undergo the following responsibilities and tasks, which includes but is not limited to:
- As part of the Production Planning function, to accept and enter orders, confirm ability to produce to customers requirement, pricing, material availability and order qty.
- As part of the New Product Introduction function, enter all new product data, initiate change requests, tool trials etc, and other job specific requirements from the Sales Management team.
- Maintaining reception, answering phones, greeting customers and sorting mail.
- General admin and data entry duties as required.
The successful applicant will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, and experience using 4D and MATTEC would be advantageous. (Typical hourly rate, based on experience $27-$29/hr.)
The role is for an immediate start.
