About the Role:

The purpose of this position is to lead the Administration Team in their provision of day to day admin and customer service tasks with the aim to provide relief to the Customer Service Manager.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, motivate, and lead Administration Team to achieve and exceed established targets, and create a productive team culture.
  • Accountable for adhering to performance metrics established by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Manage performance of Administration Team including communicating job expectations, coaching, performance reviews, development plans and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and actively participate in providing day to day order processing, invoicing, stock keeping tasks and other admin related tasks as they arise.
  • Interaction with logistics/transport/courier companies to ensure timely deliveries and pick ups.
  • Interaction and coordination with Diatec to ensure timely calibration and service deliveries.
  • Service and Maintain Equipment related to large/special contracts such as Newborn Hearing Screening Equipment.
  • Create monthly management reports for those contracts.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse stock levels.
  • Maintain Demo Equipment stock.
  • Liaise with various suppliers re ordering of stock and transport coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned or as required to meet administrative business needs.

  • Prior experience within a Leadership role (essential)
  • Customer Service/Admin Experience (essential)
  • Warehouse and inventory control experience (essential)
  • Financial experience (desirable)
  • Management of CRM System (desirable)
  • Management of Navision ERP System (desirable)
  • Experience across diverse range of marketing areas (desirable)
  • Proficient knowledge & skills of Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of Computer software/programs
