About the Role

Our Brisbane team is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team and coordinate all Store & Warehousing activities.

The role overview: 

  •  Hands on role supporting storeman combined with administration and account duties.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring efficient warehouse staff utilisation
  • Ensuring warehouse and drivers are up to date with company policies and procedures through toolbox meetings, inductions, ongoing assessment, and training
  • Taking responsibility for all compliance including maintenance, Australian Quarantine & Customs requirements.
  • Responding to customer feedback and complaints in an efficient manner
  • Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all time stock & inventory controls, pick checks, and creating stock take reports.

Keeping our people safe is our number one priority, so you will also incorporate the management of our OH&S processes for the Warehouse ensuring vehicles, machinery & manual handling equipment are compliant. 

Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail & a desire to work as a team will see you succeed in this role.

We are looking for a candidate that has a proven ability to organise, manage and prioritise workloads with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  The successful candidate must have the ability to effectively work in a multi-skilled team and possess a flexible work attitude.   Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, confident individual with a positive attitude.  We would like to hear from you if you have had experience in a similar role, ideally from a warehousing environment or other office-based environment.  Exposure to Cargowise or similar logistics software program would also be advantageous.
