Administrative Officer for Established Home Visit Physiotherapy Service
Location: Remote (Work from Home); Our Physiotherapists operate across the Gold Coast and Launceston, Tas but we are completely mobile so this is a work from home role.

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time: 24-32 hours p/w across 4 days

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for managing client bookings, coordinating schedules for our physiotherapists, handling client inquiries via email and/or phone, and ensuring smooth operations across our services in QLD and TAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordination of appointments for physiotherapists and clients
- Manage client records and update information as needed
- Handle client enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
- Assist in billing and invoicing processes
- Generally supporting our physios to allow them to do their patient centred work
- Assist in maintaining professional and automobile compliances and communicating needs to the physio team
- Upholding our already developed company processes and procedures
- Assist the director with additional reporting, admin tasks as required
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in healthcare is a plus)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and remain on task autonomously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a ride range of patients (many older or with disability) and care coordinators and of course, our Physio team.
- Proficient in using (or quickly learning) CRM (ours is Power Diary), google drive, and comfortable with online tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
