Promotional Centre, a highly reputable and successful Promotional Merchandise Distributor, is based in Carrum Downs.
As we continue to expand, we are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Administration Support person to join our team in a newly created role. This position will provide a platform for you to grow professionally and take on a diverse range of administration & office tasks on a daily basis.
The role will suit someone with an Administration background. Full training will be provided.
To be successful in this role, you will need to pay close attention to detail and accuracy, work within a close team environment, and display good teamwork skills. Reliability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure when needed are also a must.
THE ROLE:
Within the role you will be responsible for :
- Support accounts department with Data Entry, Invoicing,
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Embroidery Orders - Data Entry
- Working with our web partners and processing orders
- Run weekly reports and report to MD & sales team
- Inventory control for all web based clients
- Assisting with quoting for all sales team
- Order processing for sales team
- Help sales team with reporting
- Work on online inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ( Have a laugh)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in (Gmail, Word, Excel,).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
What we offer
- This a permanent full time position but could suit 9am -3pm school hours
- Note we close over Xmas holiday period for 2-3 weeks
