Salary- Maintain Group mailbox and ensure emails are distributed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with Land Access officers and stakeholders, to ensure tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
- Allocate work accordingly, maximising resource availability and skillset.
- Maintain internal trackers ensuring information is up to date and clear.
- Record keeping - Ensure LAC documentation and processes keep up with client practices, systems and technology utilisation.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required and provide input into the weekly and monthly reports on Land Access progress, as required .
- Assist Land Access staff and the wider AMG team in an administrative capacity where required.
- An experienced Administrator who has the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Knowledge of Land Access Management protocols are preferred but not essential.
