The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills with the ability and confidence to interact with clients. Attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), coupled with the ability to multi-task and to work closely in a team, will see you succeed in this role. To be successful it is preferred that you have the following skills:
- accept phone calls and manage job files.
- prepare quotes and invoices.
- have previous experience with Microsoft and Adobe packages.
- be able to apply daily administrative functions.
- manage inspection bookings.
- lodge relevant documentation with local governments.
- liaise with industry professionals and local governments.
- provide internal support to all technical staff.
- undertake tasks with minimal supervision.
