Administration Assistant/Officer (Full time, permanent, immediate start)
Pacific Kitchens is a privately owned business specialising in the manufacture of quality kitchen cabinets and stone benchtop primarily to the residential building industry.
We are currently seeking a full time, permanent administration assistant to assist in our busy, Cairns based office.
Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
*providing reception duties, answering all incoming phone calls and taking appointment bookings via phone and email
*responding to customer enquiries and directing requests internally
*greeting new and existing customers in the showroom
*providing comprehensive administration support to the Office Manager
*Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of their projects
*Manage and co-ordinate tasks for staff and clients including data entry in job management systems, filing, receiving mail, running errands, taking client payments, maintaining stationery and office amenity supplies
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well presented, friendly, high motivated and willing to learn
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient word processing & computing skills including Word and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player in a close knit team
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
