Jim’s Hazardous Material Removal (Brisbane) is seeking a motivated Administration All Rounder to join our growing team. We provide services in mould & water restoration, asbestos removal, meth & biohazard remediation in residential & commercial markets. As part of the Jim’s Group, it is our aim to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This role will suit someone who enjoys being busy & is looking to expand their skill set.
Skills & Experience
- Confident & professional phone manner with strong customer service skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills with an attention to detail
- Experience using Xero is essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs is essential
- Some payroll experience is essential
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work within a team and autonomously
- Friendly, with a positive can-do attitude
Responsibilities
This is an important role within our business. You will be required to complete a variety of duties including, but not limited to:
- Communicate with clients via phone & email, booking jobs, scheduling quotes, answering queries
- Communicate with our site teams & management
- Assist with weekly payroll when required
- Assist with accounts payable & receivable
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Ordering stock
- General office duties including running errands
This is a casual position with a view to full time. Remuneration negotiable based on knowledge & experience.
