The Preventive Health team delivers a range of services including the state-wide Quitline and Way to Wellness services. This position will be required to process referrals in a timely manner and manage associated tasks to support service delivery priorities. The position is required to action multiple dashboards and email accounts through use of the HCC Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The Health Contact Centre supports staff in the Preventive Health team to work from home up to 50% of their allocated shifts.
