We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team based in our centrally located Cooma office. This part time position will see you working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm where you will use your advanced customer service skills to provide a welcoming face to our Organisation.
What will my role entail?
As a Reception and Administration Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients, employees and members of the public are addressed in a polite, friendly and efficient manner. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including responding to client enquiries, preparation of documentation and various other administrative tasks as required. Your attention to detail, speed and accuracy, and extensive experience in data entry will see you succeed in the role.
What do I need to succeed in the role?
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role dealing with a variety of people.
- Strong organisation and process-oriented skills.
- Proficient administrative skills in data entry and collation.
- Ability to prepare and maintain documentation with attention to detail.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Awareness and knowledge of confidentiality and privacy practices.
If successful, you will be required to provide evidence of at least two (2) doses of a COVID-19 vaccination, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and valid Driver Licence prior to commencing employment.

The hourly rate is between $32.21 and $35.14 per hour (plus superannuation), to be negotiated and determined on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
