Administration and Business Support Officer – Full Time
- Salary: $69,249 - $74,022 per annum
- Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

The City’s Strategic and Organisational Development business unit is seeking an experienced Administration and Business Support Officer with excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide support and customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
The successful person will have considerable experience working in a diverse and busy environment, well developed organisational skills and sound knowledge of business systems and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Administration and Business Support to the Manager Strategic and Organisational Development and the Strategic and Organisational Development Business Unit.
- Identify and undertake business process improvements.
- Undertake financial administration responsibilities.
- Support the delivery of the business unit’s activities, programs and projects.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

- Demonstrated experience in providing high level business Administration and support.
- High level skills in communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to consult with a range of stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to anticipate and identify needs and being proactive in seeking resolutions.
- Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Tertiary qualification in Administration and/or equivalent relevant experience.
