We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administration and Customer Experience Specialist. As the first contact for customers, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a team environment.
Type: Full-Time
Location: Deniliquin, NSW
Experience: Experience will be looked upon favorably, however, a traineeship may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and visitors to our showroom and by phone, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Processing of incoming vehicles and preparing vehicles for customer delivery including registration.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception and Customer lounge area.
• Supporting the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
