We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our business, who is friendly, has a positive approach to work and willingness to be part of a team.
Reporting to the Director and Project Managers, you will play a vital role as the main point of contact for all administration duties providing high quality customer service to our customers (individuals and large building firms), our team and our suppliers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to the relevant team members;
- Data entry and database maintenance;
- Management of outgoing and incoming mail;
- Various other administrative tasks as directed that are required to support the team;
- Have a strong sense of security and confidentiality.
About You
- Previous experience (ideally 1+ year) in a customer-focused role either in Reception or similar role;
- A confident and professional phone manner with the ability to communicate effectively;
- Be able to maintain a pleasant, calm and effective attitude at all times;
- The ability to resolve issues;
- A high level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn;
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; and
- Strong knowledge of Simpro is highly desirable but not vital.
