Our busy city fringe medical specialist rooms are looking for an administration assistant to join our happy team at Adelaide Wellbeing Practice.The successful applicant will work in a fast paced, positive environment with a small friendly team. Your duties will include:
- Greeting patients on arrival
- Managing telephone lines
- Sending and receiving mail including email correspondence
- Maintaining appointments on Pracsoft
- Liaising with doctors
- Administer neurofeedback
- Scan and email documents
What are we looking for?
As an office administration assistant you will be performing general office duties. You will need to be energetic, friendly and enjoy interacting and developing a rapport with people. You will need to communicate with a wide range of people.
You will need to be well presented and professional and be client service orientated and provide a helpful and enjoyable experience to our patients.
You will be taught how to administer neurofeedback with patients which is a computer based program.You will need to be able to occasionally cover for sick leave and holidays.
This is a 2-3 day casual position
Parking is provided.
