As an Administration Support Officer, you will work with the Service Support team in conjunction with other administration assistants to achieve goals and results on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Duties:
- Assisting with drafting and proofreading documents and correspondence
- General administrative duties such as copying, e-filing and document management as required
- Preparation and updating of briefs (electronic/hard copy)
- Conducting searches and utilising government portals
- Cataloguing legal responses & advice
- Calendar, email and appointment management
- Ensuring excellent customer service and stakeholder management
About the Candidate:
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word and Excel
- Highly developed administrative and attention to detail skills essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and adaptability to all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and apply
- Multi-tasking
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
This outstanding opportunity is working with one of our Federal Government clients and is for a period of six months with a possible opportunity to extend and commencing ASAP.
