Are you an experienced Senior Administration/Business Support Officer looking for temporary Government opportunities?

Key outcomes include:

  • High level administrative support/coordination
  • Working successfully in a team environment
  • Data entry with high attention to detail
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders
  • multi tasking while working in a high-volume work environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working within State Government
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Skills in taking minutes and compiling agenda items for meetings

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Previous experience using CHRIS21
  • Previous experience using Basware

Candidates must have a National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months and may require a current Working With Children Check.
