Qualifications & experience
- At least 1 year experience in an administration role is preferred but not necessary
- Basic understanding of the MYOB
- Proficient in Google workspace Eg. Google Sheets
- Proficient in professional communication Eg. Spoken language/email etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft outlook
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing job sheets and customer orders
- Inventory tracking: conducting regular inventory checks to ensure sufficient resources available.
- Packing slips and Job Labels for dispatch of goods
- Utilise and update Google sheets
- Tracking/ordering consumables
- other additional tasks assigned by supervisor
