About the Role

The primary purpose of this fixed term position (6 months) of Administration Support Officer is to provide administrative support to the Commander Training Delivery.

The Administration Support Officer is part of a dynamic team within the Operational Training Service Delivery Department and is responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external key stakeholders with various administrative activities. The successful incumbent will be expected to work effectively as part of a dynamic and flexible team and provide coverage and support to other Training Service Delivery employees when needed.

What you will need to Succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Similar work experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Attention to detail.
