Our client is based in Springvale and are seeking an experienced Administration and support professional to join their growing team. This organisation specialises in Australian style and design, partnering with businesses across ANZ.
Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Process orders recieved via phone and email from clients who are predomidately other businesses
- Liaise with warehouse regarding stock and stock reallocation
- Prepare quote documenation and update customer on delays, deliveries
- Be in tune with current available stock and stock arrival times
- Manage complex order queries regarding the array of stock
- Professional and confidently provide sound advice to your customers
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, it is suggested you possess the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience working within a logistics, distribution and wholesale environement is highly desired
- Exceptional data entry and computer skills. Must be able to efficiently navigate through systems
- Adaptable and self-sufficient ; must be able to manage your personal work flow effectively.
- Familiarly working in a high volume administration processing role is imperative to your success in this role.
- Commercial minded and ability to deliver solutions to the customer in line with business objectives
- Ability to provide quality customer service to your clients
