Position:
There is now an opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to step into the business and assist with the day-to-day and scheduling operations of the company.
The main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Scheduling day to day and long-term jobs for Service Technicians.
- Ad Hoc quoting and some reporting.
- Prioritising high quality jobs and ensuring technicians are scheduled according.
- Maintaining accurate notes and reminders.

Candidate:
- Proven service coordination, administrative, or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of service management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
