About the Role
Join our team as an Administrations and Student Support Officer! This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between stakeholders and Students, and providing crucial support services. As the primary point of contact for students, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and enriching learning experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key Selection Criteria
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining productive working relationships (with internal & external stakeholders).
- Sound written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated high level of planning and coordination skills.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated capacity to use initiative and problem solve.
- Experience in developing and reviewing a wide range of publications such as student handbooks, Administration and compliance documentation, and training materials.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use data to implement workable solutions.
- Experience in working with student managements systems or client management systems would be an advantage together with intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills.
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration &/or a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
