GoHosting is looking to expand the team and is looking for a skilled Administration Assistant who is wanting to expand their career and grow with the business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with, but not limited to:
- Providing customers with account-related support
- Providing administrative assistance such as organising meetings, maintaining office supplies, filing records and documents
- Processing payments, invoices and quotes
- Utilizing collection procedures and policy guidelines to achieve cash flow
Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking individuals with the following skills:
- Ability to work under time constraints and handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and build productive relationships with colleagues, external stakeholders and customers.
- Developed intermediate-level computer literacy.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an administrative Assistant or similar role.
