Our client, located North of the CBD, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team.
The successful applicant will be able to work alongside a supportive, close-knit team in a flexible and friendly environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide admin support to the Production, Foaming and State Manager.
- Work with the National Customer Service Manager on implementing and maintaining a customer service excellence program.
- Preparation of reports and presentations and coordination of meetings.
- IT Support - liaison point with IT services, troubleshooting and staff training.
- Maintain CRM, ERP, and various registers.
- Procurement, supplier analysis, reconciliation and negotiation/ ordering.
- Monitor and process the receipt of goods and services invoices for payment.
- Provide support to the Foaming and Production Manager with inventory planning, stock entry and management.
- Administrative support to dispatch and logistics department.
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to clerical, printing, labelling, scanning, photocopying, filing, laminating, data entry services, and managing mail and petty cash.
- Arrange dispatch of local, interstate and overseas mail and courier services.
- Respond to emails and telephone calls and forward messages in a timely manner.
- Greet visitors and support corporate hospitality.
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
- Approximately 2-3 years experience working in a customer service/ administration capacity in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Intermediate to a high level of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Experience working with CRM Systems.
- Ability to problem solve, make decisions and create solutions.
- Enthusiasm and professional "can do" attitude.
