We're on the lookout for a self-assured detail-oriented, administrator to become part of our phenomenal team on a permanent full-time basis. Picture yourself working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in an environment that fosters growth and success. 📋 We are searching for the best of the best to complete the following daily duties:
- Answering calls
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Entering jobs into our job management system SimPRO
- Scheduling and confirming bookings
- Managing social media platforms
- Basic document control for projects and staff
- Lead Generation
- Quoting
- Quote follow-ups
- Invoicing
- Handle confidential employee and client information
💻 Minimum Skills Required:
- Manual C Class driver’s licence
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Trustworthy and accountable
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
🧠 Desirable knowledge:
- Experience with SimPRO.
- Geographical knowledge of the local area.
- Basic trade terms.
