Our HBF Physio administration team provide a friendly, courteous and positive first point of contact for our clients and along with our HBF Physio leaders, are responsible for the day-to-day running of our clinics.
We currently have part-time hours available (10-15 per week). The position is to start immediately, with room for growth for the right candidates and additional hours at the other WA clinics.
WHAT YOU NEED
Though you will receive full HBF Physio training and continued on-the-job support from our administration leaders, we're seeking someone with:
- Previous administration experience including proven knowledge of POS, invoicing, banking and accounts management
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
- Well-developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent phone, email and front-line customer service skills
- A creative spark to help drive and contribute ideas to the clinic and our social media platforms
- A desire to learn and grow and sculpt your administration career with HBF Physio
