Key Functions:
As an Office Administration Junior at Evolve Psychology Group, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our small team with day-to-day operations. This position offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team in a flexible work environment.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to Evolve Psychology Group's office.
- Answering all incoming calls and scheduling client appointments using dynamic diary management.
- Managing client payments and processing rebates.
- Maintaining the practice client management system and booking new clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with GP providers and other referrers.
- Assisting with logistics for training events and seminars.
- Managing assets and booking venues for events.
- Keeping the reception area clean and professional.
- Supporting the management team with file audits and various administrative tasks, including account reconciliation.
Position Requirements:

Essential:

- Valid National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Previous administration experience preferred, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Possession of a valid C class motor vehicle license.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in allied health or a medical environment.
- Knowledge of Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, and private health is preferred.
