The position will also contribute to ensure all stakeholders are serviced in an efficient and professional manner.
The Role
As the Administration Assistant you will:
- Liaise between internal departments, providing support to key external stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service whilst meeting agreed service levels
- Identify opportunities that will enhance the quality of customer service and improve productivity for colleagues across the business
- Enter information into Company databases as instructed according to policy and procedures.
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High attention to detail
- Experience in office administration
- Insurance experience is required
- Strong Customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised and as part of a team
