This role will see you responsible for:Answering & directing incoming calls
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Travel management
- Handling email correspondence
- Creation of folders, documents and reports to support with project management
- Organising business events
- Ad hoc administration as required

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite – essential)
