- Producing documents and promotional material such as newsletters, surveys, event invitation and newsflash articles.
- Maintaining email inboxes providing standard advice and responses.
- Support training and Events, arranging internal bookings and calendars, and maintaining attendance records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follows up on the necessary actions/outcomes of the meetings.
