Overall Forge is Australia's largest forging shop and operates as part of the Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC). Our plant in Albury is involved in the forging of nickel/alloy products for billet/bar applications and the production of complex nickel/alloy forgings for the aerospace, oil & gas and mining industries from alloys produced by our Perth facility.

About the role
The Administration Assistantrole responsibilities will include, but not limited to, data entry, accounts processing, and other ad hoc tasks for the Finance or Production Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of purchase orders by the matching of Invoices, Goods Received Notes and Purchase Orders.
- Preparation of payment documentation for local suppliers via EFT.
- Preparation of purchase order requisitions for approval by appropriate authorised officers.
- Actively contribute to the continual improvement of safety and productivity throughout the workplace.
- Customer invoicing of material leaving the Albury site
- Daily, weekly & monthly reports as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including PCC Code of Conduct, Financial Code of Conduct, Quality Rules & EHS Rules.
- Assist the Finance Manager Albury & Business Analyst as required.
- Assist with data entry and other tasks for the SyteLine Upgrade project as required.
- Assist with data entry relating to stocktaking and other activities.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
Education and Experience
- Graduated Year 12 with 2+ years relevant experience.
- Qualifications in a business discipline desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Syteline ERP experience an advantage.
