Our client operates a large Shared Service Centre, delivering vocational education and training Annually, the network trains over 500,000 students in campus, workplace, online, or distance education methods of education. They are looking for motivated and reliable problem-solvers to assist them in the delivery of their operational services during their peak activity period.

- Generating applications for enrolments and applying fee waivers.
- Assist with general enquiries and information requests from internal customers on matters relating course inquiries.
- Consult with the team and supervisor when dealing with complex enquiries, issues or requests, and escalating as necessary.
- Provide efficient data processing and record management services to facilitate accurate transaction processing
- Manage high volume calls via inbound and outbound channels. Act as the first point of contact for RTO related enquiries from learners, potential learners and others
- Enter all student data from enrolment to completion into aXcelerate including, but not limited to learner enrolments, progress, assessment results and issuing certificates
- Create and maintain student files both in aXcelerate and hard copy files
- Process student administration documentation across all educational programs including, changes to training plans, withdrawals, results, completions and preparation of student certification
- Processing Credit Transfers and Recognition of Prior Learning requests
- Maintain quality student records and course delivery database utilising aXcelerate Student Management System
- Assisting students with general enquiries regarding their enrolment
- Maintain our website and social platforms to ensure all information is current
- Manage and process course payments and invoices
- Printing resources as requested by trainers and learners
- Scanning student documentation to maintain their student files
- General office duties including filing, photocopying and printing
- Work closely with Training Coordinator to maintain systems, procedures and work practices in line with RTO Compliance requirements.
- Ability to problem solve, think critically about work tasks, and seek clarification when unsure.
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and show commitment to completing assigned work activities whilst meeting KPIS.
- Be willing to develop and apply new skills and look for opportunities for further efficiencies in current processes.
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP, CRM and EBS or willing to learn.
- Ability to navigate your way through multiple systems.
