Goodstart Carlton are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to support their centre. This role is part time role working 16 hours per week across a 4 day work week. To be successful in this role you will have prior Administration/Customer Service experience and will be aligned to Goodstart's Vision.

About You:

• Present a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Support Centre Director to prioritise and build the attendance pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong family partnerships throughout the Centre.
• Respond to general enquiries on behalf of the Centre Director.
• Perform key business administration tasks, including using multiple business systems.
• Support Centre Director to achieve key business deliverables.
