About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Maintenance & Engineering team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department.
As a Maintenance Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance team at Arndell Park, ensuring that all maintenance tasks and activities are organised and executed efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and organising maintenance records, including work orders, schedules and equipment maintenance logs
- Monitoring and tracking inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Communicating with clients and internal teams to provide updates on maintenance progress
- Contractor/supplier management in our company portal
- Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities

About you
This role would suit someone with strong organisation, database administrative skills and attention to detail. To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Previous SAP experience (highly desirable)
