We now have an opportunity for an Administration superstar to join our Project Marketing team on a Permanent Full-Time basis (38 hours per week). The team works with property developers to market and sell new projects so it's a really exciting team to be part of.

The Role

Based in Wollongong CBD, as an Administrative Assistant in the Project Marketing team you will work with some of the best in the business whilst being supported by a solid organisational structure and positive company culture.

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant with lots of initiative who has great time management and organisational skills. You will enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with internal and external clients providing exceptional customer service

• Updating ingoing and outgoing reports

• Daily invoice entry and banking

• Execute weekly team marketing and liasiaing with the internal marketing team

• Weekly reporting and activity updates

• Minute taking in the weekly team meeting

• Processing sales including ordering contracts through to settlements and key hand over

• Assisting the Department Manager with business development and project proposals

• Answer and triage incoming calls to the department

• General administration tasks

• Ad-hoc duties as directed by your Department Manager

Selection Criteria

We’re looking for someone who has great administration skills who enjoys working in a very fast paced but supportive environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An interest in Real Estate / Property Development - ideally you'll have your Certificate or Registration or Licence

• To be a genuine team player who enjoys supporting others

• Lots of initiative with the ability to be proactive and help where needed

• Keen attention to detail and a ‘Can Do’ attitude

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Great organisational skills and a process improvement focus

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and a genuine passion for helping people

• Strong Microsoft skills with at least intermediate Excel skills

• AgentBox experience would be preferred

• A valid right to work in Australia
