As a member of the Lineage team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint an Administration Assistant (internally a Business Services Representative) to join our team at our Hemmant facility in Brisbane.The primary focus of this role is to support the efficient and effective running of Hemmant operations by being the conduit between the business and the customer.Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:The timely and accurate completion of all customer related activities to support effective revenue management.Supporting the business and team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to & in no order of importance: purchase order reconciliation, stock receipt and dispatch, warehouse and office consumable ordering, completion of export and import documentation, transport log management, accurate data entry, report analysis to identify delivery/pickup anomalies, booking of container crews and labour hire as requested.Ensuring positive customer interactionsEffectively implementing administration processes to ensure efficiency of activities within your scope of work.Your background and experience should ideally include:Experience in a Customer Service or similar role (industry experience is preferable).Excellent customer service, problem solving and influencing skills.Accurate and timely data entry skills, with strong attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong time management and organisational skills.Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS.What's exciting about this opportunity?As a values-based organisation, we're focused on providing our team with a safe, respectful and trusting environment where you can hopefully build a rewarding career feeding the communities we serve.We want to set you up for long-term success and so will provide you with the tools, training and support to deliver outstanding outcomes.We will also support your ongoing development and career aspirations, recognise your contributions and give you the opportunity to contribute to our transformation program.Our Purpose: Transform the food supply-chain to eliminate waste and help feed the world.
