The Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Registration management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Draft and edit documents, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks for various departments or teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- General admin duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the motor industry, finance, salary packaging, novated leasing, registrations or dealerships (desirable)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
