We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Office Coordinator to be part of a team that prides itself on premium service levels. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
As the face of our business, you'll take ownership of front desk operations and work closely with our estimators and project managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Follow up and action client requests and correspondence.
- Manage schedules, calendars and organise site inspections.
- Provide support to field staff and act as the go to for all operational matters.
- Maintenance and development of CRM data and systems.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Process work orders, forms, and requests.
- Order supplies such as uniforms and stationery.
- Perform other general reception and admin duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- A customer focused individual, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in an administrative/Customer Service role.
- Experience working with trades will be highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Well-developed computer skills.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and think outside the box to solve problems.
- A positive, empathetic, self-starter who is a fast learner with a can do attitude.
